Job Opening for the 502PY Front Desk Team (aka ✨Magic Makers✨)

- Time commitment: Contingent on shifts; 7-10 Hours/Week minimum
- Starting hourly wage: $12

Front Desk Position Overview
Be a part of our growing team at 502PY and help fulfill our mission to empower people to lead authentic, courageous, and meaningful lives. As the 502PY Front Desk Team, you will be the face of 502PY as you greet and welcome students with enthusiasm and friendliness delivering on one of our core values of Acceptance. These positions are the backbone of the studio, creating the ✨ magic ✨ in the space that our students have come to expect!
Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for providing superior customer service for students, including class sign-in, basic Walla / account management, merchandise sales, answering the studio phone
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the studio space, keeping the space well-stocked (bathrooms, merchandise, etc), and all running smoothly!
- Rolls lavender towels and ensures all laundry is completed
- Sets the studio and instructor up for success, as well as open/close the studio with the instructor

Requirements:
- Familiarity with our community & culture (pro-tip: Take at least a handful of classes with us before you apply!)
- Professional customer service skills
- Retail experience preferred but not required
- Self-starter and independent worker
- Systems-oriented: Lover of checklists, organizing, and labeling
- Problem solver and creative thinker
