Escape to paradise with the 502 Power Yoga community! Join us for 7 nights in a remote tropical oasis on the unspoiled Blue Osa peninsula in Costa Rica, one of the most biodiverse places on earth. Nestled between lush rainforest and the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean, this beachfront yoga sanctuary offers the ideal setting to deepen your yoga practice, reconnect with yourself, and awaken to your purpose.


Wake up to the sound of ocean waves, feast on fresh farm-to-table meals, bond with soon-to-be yoga besties, and of course, enjoy yoga classes every morning with Cat and Stephanie from 502PY.

What's included?

What’s not included?

  • Airfare to SJO – Select the flight into San Jose (SJO) that works best for you!
  • Domestic Charter Flight – Blue Osa will coordinate a domestic flight from SJO to the Puerto Jimenez airport for our group. The cost of this small flight will be added to your bill.
  • Alcohol, juices, smoothies – Treat yourself at the bar, but that expense is on you!
  • Spa Treatments – Any spa treatment expenses above the $50 credit included in your stay will be your responsibility.
  • Additional Excursions or Adventures – Take advantage of the activities available at Blue Osa, but those expenses will be added to your personal bill.
  • Gratuities – Please tip the staff at Blue Osa in gratitude for our stay.
  • Travel Insurance – It is recommended that you secure travel insurance in case something comes up that impedes your travel plans!

The hidden gem of Blue Osa, this bungalow stands alone in a tranquil, peaceful environment steps from the lap pool and yoga studio. This jungle-chic room is for those looking for a premium jungle accommodation.

Freedom Suite

Perched on the top level, enjoy this penthouse suite’s panoramic views of the beaches and tropical gardens. With one king bed and two twins, this suite can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Choose to book the suite for just yourself for a luxurious personal retreat, or find some yoga pals to share the space with you. We can pair you with roommate(s) and help arrange individual payment plans if you decide to share the room.

This retreat isn’t designed for convenience—it’s designed for peace and tranquility. So be prepared for a long travel day to reach this unspoiled part of the lush Costa Rican beachfront jungle. Getting to Blue Osa will be an adventure in and of itself, but it will be worth every moment of travel:


  1. International flight into SJO. Specific flight itineraries will be recommended closer to the retreat date
  2. Domestic flight from SJO to Puerto Jimenez. This 45-minute flight will be in a small 20-person charter plane.
  3. Shuttle ride from Puerto Jimenez to Blue Osa. This is a ~30-minute ride on a straight, flat road from the airport to our retreat center.

Deposit & Payment Plans


  • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your room.
  • A payment plan will be established, allowing you to make monthly payments over time.
  • Your balance must be paid in full by December 19, 2026 (when we owe the retreat center our balance!)
  • You can choose to pay for the entire retreat in a lump sum if you prefer.
