Transportation

Beyul is a 1-hour drive from the Aspen Airport and a 4-hour drive from the Denver International Airport. Since there are so many different scenarios for folks traveling to Colorado (direct flights vs. layover, preferred airlines, desire to extend the trip), we want to make travel arrangements flexible for all. Therefore, we are NOT including transportation in the price of the trip. Instead, there is an optional transportation add-on for those interested in leaving the transportation up to us. For an additional $450, 502PY will pick you up from the Aspen airport on Arrival Day and return you to the Aspen airport on Departure Day.

Please note that for our off-site excursions (hiking/paddling), folks who choose to drive themselves may need to help transport our retreat group. If you do any driving during the retreat, we will make it worth your while 🙂

Deposit & Payment Plans

  • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your room.
  • A payment plan will be established, allowing you to make monthly payments over time.
  • Your balance must be paid in full by April 15, 2026 (when we owe the retreat center our balance!)
  • You can choose to pay for the entire retreat in a lump sum if you prefer.

SAMPLE PAYMENT PLAN:

  • You reserve a Shared Room by July 31, 2025, and get the early bird rate of $1995.
  • You are going to ride-share from Denver with a group of yoga pals, so you opt out of the Transportation Add-On.
  • After your $500 deposit, your balance owed is $1495.
  • A payment plan is established for the 15th of each month, beginning August 15th and ending April 15, 2026, for a total of nine payments of $166.11 each.

Is airfare included?

No, you are responsible for your own flights.

What flight should I take?

If you are opting into the Transportation Add-On, you need to arrive in Aspen by noon on Tuesday, July 14th to be on our shuttle. If you are flying into Denver, please allow ample time to drive to Beyul from the airport (4 hours!)

How far is the resort from the airport?

Beyul is 1 hour from the Aspen airport and 4 hours from the Denver airport.

When should I arrive?

Our retreat will officially begin in the afternoon with welcome drinks and a snack. Exact times TBD, but aim to arrive at Beyul around 3PM if possible.

How will people get from the airport to the resort?

Please see our note on transportation above. Folks are responsible for their own transportation (finding buddies to carpool with is encouraged!), but we have an optional Transportation Add-on if you would like us to coordinate every last detail for you.

Can a non-502PY person come on this trip?

YES! We would love for you to share this experience with someone you love. The yoga classes will be optional, but perhaps they’ll be tempted to join in??

Will I need a passport?

No, the benefit of flying domestically! However, if you don’t have a Real ID yet, you need to use a passport OR pay the $45 fee they are charging for non-real ID’s

Are there laundry services on-site?

Yes, there is self-serve laundry on the Beyul property.

Is internet or cell service available?

There is Wifi in the Main Lodge, but no internet access in the cabins. There is no cell phone service at Beyul. They do have a landline.
