As a teacher, Lauren wants to bring her warm, relatable vibe and knowledge of the body’s potential to create space where someone can try something new or be challenged in different ways. Outside of a yoga studio, Lauren has a passion for travel, handstand playtime, hanging with her pup, and living at the lake.
