Yoga. Hike. Eat. Repeat.
Join Cat Crawford and Stephanie Kersting of 502 Power Yoga in Vermont for a 4-night mountain retreat away from the heat and humidity of the Kentucky summer.
We will practice yoga in our private heated yoga space twice daily (think one vinyasa flow session in the morning and one restorative/chill session in the afternoon).
When we aren’t yoga-ing, we’ll be exploring all that the Green Mountain State has to offer: Trails, lakes, cheese, craft beer, and some other edible delights 😉
Our home away from home is Good Commons—a completely restored and updated General Store in the village of Plymouth, Vermont. This retreat center, originally built in the 1840’s, combines modern amenities with streamlined country charm.
Expect awesomeness. Plus...

FAQ
Click the question to expand! If you don’t see your question answered below, email us and we will help (and add the question here to help future yogis!)
Does my partner need to fill out a registration form, too?
If you are planning to room with a partner, and you will be making the payments on behalf of both of you, your partner does NOT need to complete a registration form. Just be sure to include their name on the registration form as your roommate so we don’t sell their spot to someone else!
Is there a payment plan option for the balance?
After the $250 deposit, there is a 6-month payment plan for the remaining balance. For example, for a twin bed in one of the main bedrooms with early bird tuition ($1215), after the deposit ($965 balance) there would be 6 payments of $160.83.
Can a non-502PY person come on this trip?
Is airfare included?
No, you are responsible for your own flights.
What airport should I fly in to?
Burlington, Vermont or Manchester, New Hampshire. Albany is slightly further (only by 10-15 minutes) and might have better flight options.
How far is the retreat center from the airport?
It will be a 2-hour picturesque ride from Burlington to Good Commons.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive by 3PM EST so we’ll have time to get you to Good Commons in time for a great meal!
Will there be planned activities on Thursday and Monday (travel days)?
On Thursday, dinner will be provided, and potentially an evening movement session depending on arrival times and how everyone feels. Breakfast will be provided on Monday, but there will not be planned activities/excursions.
How will people get from the airport to the resort?
We will rent passenger vans to transport folks from the airport to Good Commons. If you prefer a little independence, you are welcome to rent a car—there is plenty of parking!
Will I need a passport?
no! ‘Merica!
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
Yes, Good Commons is air conditioned 🙂
Are there laundry services on-site?
TBD
Will the meals served accommodate my allergies/preferences?
YES! You will specify and food allergies or preferences when you fill out your application and those requests will be provided to our chef. The meals will be designed just for us! Expect healthy, fresh, local, mainly vegetarian choices, with gluten-free and dairy-free options.
Is ___ room still available?
We are keeping room availability as up-to-date as possible on the room selection part of the application.
