Baptiste Institute returns to 502 Power Yoga
A full day immersion into the Baptiste Methodology
502 Power Yoga is thrilled to be hosting the Baptiste Institute again this summer as they bring back their one-day program, Being of Power. This one-day is a great introduction to the Baptiste Methodology which is the foundation and backbone of the teaching at our studio. In this one-day immersion, you will practice, meditate, and do some powerful journaling work to help you learn how to land your intentions in reality and experience the freedom and effectiveness that emerges from this inspired and embodied practice of Baptiste Yoga.
“The greatest source of natural power we have available to us is being ourselves.”
Power on the mat comes from empowering our physicality through acceptance, precision, alignment, and flow resulting in freedom, full expression, and new possibilities. These same principles apply to being of power in our lives. Learn how to land your intentions into reality and experience the freedom and effectiveness that emerges from this inspired and embodied practice of Baptiste Yoga. Explore being of power on and off the mat.
Who should attend Being of Power?
All-levels of students and teachers, those interested in becoming more powerful OFF their mat, and anyone interested in an immersion in the Baptiste Methodology.

Testimonials
Baptiste Programs are always so incredible—the professionalism, the leadership, the content, the connection with our community here in Kentuckiana plus the other yogis from the region, and of course, the PRACTICE!!!—all coming together to create an unforgettable day. Even though I was a part of last years’ Being of Power Program, I am excited to attend again to uncover additional layers to get closer to my authentic self through the Baptiste Methodology. –Cat Scott, owner, 502 Power Yoga
Attending being of power gave me a strengthened sense of connection and community. From practicing and growing with members of our own local community to learning from Walter, a member of the larger international Baptiste community in Kenya, it was extremely powerful to see how we are all truly connected… sharing common fears, common goals, and a common light. –Peyton Turner Clark, instructor, 502 Power Yoga
Being of Power inspired me to step out of my comfort zone in my physical practice. The program offered me insight into my areas of resistance. It left me feeling empowered and free! –Stephanie Kersting, instructor, 502 Power Yoga
